I dropped off my Terrain for the routine oil change and wiper blade replacement. When I drove in, the service team quickly took care of the truck. I left the facility and within the hour found out that the Terrain needed additional work that would require parts not currently in stock. The team there had the parts over nighted and the technician came in on a Saturday (his day off) to complete the service on my vehicle. I brought in my Buick 2011 Enclave in for rear brake pads and rotors replacement. The staff was pleasant from the minute I pulled up into the service bay. Rather than sit for a few hours in the waiting lobby, the desk service personnel said she could get the Della "Taxi" to take me over to a nearby shopping area to get some shopping done without loosing time waiting. That was super helpful and I was picked up when my car was ready. The work was completed in a timely fashion and although it has only been a day since then, I trust my car is in top working order and will not require rear brake work for quite some time.
